We are currently expanding and have engineering openings in both our San Francisco and Sunnyvale, California office locations. A brief description of our Network Escalation Engineering II position is as follows:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical support position, preferably with a networking technology company.
- Strong experience providing phone & email support, escalating to senior support levels as necessary.
- Good knowledge of networking and storage.
- Experience with UNIX/Linux/MS platforms and other related areas.
- Experience with trouble ticketing systems.
- Strong communication skills with customers, as well as internal company groups.
- CCNA requested, CCNP preferred.
Revenues for the third quarter of 2008 were $86.5 million, which represents an increase of 36.7% from the third quarter of 2007 and an increase of 6.1% from the second quarter of 2008. We continue to lead the rapidly growing wide-area data services market and strengthen our competitive position.
